The spectacular growth of house music and the later evolution of club culture that occurred in Spain at the beginning of the 90s had a big influence on Javi Munoz, a DJ who didn´t delay in experimenting in all the different variations of what he considers his own style. This style you can appreciate in his House music productions and sessions.
In this way, Javi Munoz started a very successful career which, within a short space of time, converted him into an indispensable DJ in Ibiza. His gigs at Amnesia and Pacha, together with his regular performances at Privilege and Space, demonstrate his knowledge and experience in the Ibiza music scene.
Javi Munoz´s interest in experimenting in House music and creating his own very particular style has led him to travel all around the world. show his international experience.
His gigs have a personal underground touch, electro and deep groove sound, which leave no-one indifferent.
In 2000, Javi is the resident deejay of the fashionable and glamorous SILICON night, every saturdays @ PRIVILEGE IBIZA Sundays @ APOLO BARCELONA.
Silicon The origin of silicon goes back to the end of the 90's and the beginning of 2000. When gx separated from the famous ibicencan party decadance to create what would be his first solitary production...cafe ole in the club space.this was a reference to nocturnal leisure,obviously concerning to the fashion world by which he has always been influenced,just as he prooved as a stylist in the club pacha ibiza.
In the beginning of the millenium his second production silicon was created in pacha ibiza, a party focused on a more definite public and with an ambience of the 80's decade. After a season in milan doing courses of photography and design he landed in barcelona where he fixed his first residence of silicon in the club discotheque and later on the production catwalk for the matinee team,a party which afterwards gave the name to one of the most emblematic clubs of the city,where you can currently see the silicon of today.
This artist with multiple facets,stylist,decorator and photographer is nowadays one of the biggest creative directors of the nocturnal leisure. Bound to the house of extravaganza in new york and supported by the mother of this same one,the diva carmen x ,his productions have been a basic refrence to the world of fashion and shows in the international area. The evolution of silicon is due to the capacity of adaptation to every epoch,getting nowadays to a musical style of electro-house of big quality at hands of javi munoz ,one of the most important musical references of the island,and the unquestionable co-protagonist giuly x in his productions,which could be enjoyed in the best capitals like madrid (space of sound), ibiza (pacha), barcelona (catwalk), milan etc... Once more silicon reinvents himself with a new concept of party, inspired in the purest ibiza.
